i dnt believe in d smokin ban its a total joke u no first listen 2 da full argument then think what u want smoking in public:
1. cnt smoke in offices fair enuf.
2. no college or uni 2 allow smokin.
3. pubs banned from smokin
4. snooker clubs and leisure clubs gna be banned from smoking.
5. Sheesha cafes 2 be banned al though there has been a way found outta it.
Smoking in the streets is not banned and all the above people where will they smoke OUTSIDE. Aint this public yes it is but they cnt ban it. people will smoke right outside college and uni's and no1 can say nuffin 2 dem. i smoke and i think the smokin ban is a fair thing for non smokers however people breath carbon monoxide from car exhausts and pollution in the air when smokers are banned they smoke outside public will be affected. no difference sorry people and regarding smoking being made ban and illegal impossible coz thats were the government benefits. they cnt afford 2 ban them. Where will the treasury get the money from for this country?

i think this whole smoking ban thing is a bit pathetic!!! if u wnt to smoke at the end of the day ur goin to smoke... i think the ban will affect the economy ... if u think about the majority of people in a pub or a bar are smoking fair enough there's the whole passive smoking... but i think when the ban is enforced people aint gona wanna go outside to have a fag i know i wudnt wanna n what with the 24 hour drinking it's a bit hypocritical!! we'll also loose a lot of economy if shisha cafe's r closed!!

i think its a wikid ban, where eva i used to go i was surrounded by smoke n cuz me a non-smoker it makes me ill. i bet all d smokers disagree wid it but in my opinion dats kinda selfish coz they shud think bout others around them n not jus themselves (no offence 2 any1)

I think the smoking ban is a good thing but it is one of the most stupid legislation the current government has passed... cause it aint goin to work

I think the smoking ban is a weak response to the concept of totally illegalising tobacco.
The government are scared of decreasing society's "freedom".
Discuss.
