yeah i agree too loll
maybe i didn't explain it right..
n0ddy the people who are on a life support machine for a long time and are then back, are not brain dead.
The brain dead I'm on about is the kind where you-have-no-ability-to-come-back-what-so-ever lol
so basically its a machine running you, and you aren't even getting any better.
that's what islam allows. and in only them circumstances

islam says that life is sacred and you should do whatever you can to keep yourself alive..all life belongs to allah and well euthanasia like rukz said is a test from allah..theres a hadith (islamic saying by the prophet s.a.w) there was a guy that was in pain because he had fought in a war and was attacked..and he was about to die..so to die quicker he chopped his wrists of and because he failed the test heaven was forbidden for him..if he waited a few seconds more he would have gone to heaven..so just shows that life belongs to god and euthanasia isnt an answer

so cuzzy you think it's not sinful to allow someone to suffer and to be forced to live even when their body and self-motivation has unrepairably broken down?
also all forms of killing are sinful.. I gather you're vegetarian?

indeed
come on there are so many other options other than death
why can't the patient be given a sleeping drug for the last few days of his/her life?
wouldn't that be much better?
